Our Team
Montlake Partners Commercial Real Estate provides expert consultation in buying, selling, and leasing office and warehouse space for both public and private companies. Managing broker, Ryan Kadletz, has successfully negotiated real estate transactions in the region for companies ranging from Fortune 500 to small startups. His vast experience in the commercial real estate market is key to meeting his clients’ goals. Working with companies and individuals across Puget Sound, Ryan operates with skill and integrity.
Ryan has provided commercial real estate advisory services for over 22 years. He is highly experienced at structuring and analyzing complex real estate transactions, and helps clients navigate real estate acquisitions, dispositions, renewals, and relocations.
He has worked with a wide range of companies in various industries. Born in Seattle and raised in Southern California, Ryan returned to the northwest in 1993 to attend the University of Washington, where he walked on the nationally ranked Husky Football team and earned a scholarship.
He is an active member in the community, having coached Little League Baseball (Queen Anne and Magnolia) and Seattle Prep Football. In addition, Ryan has served on the boards of YouthCare and Backpack Brigade. Outside of real estate he enjoys reading, playing the guitar, and traveling, but most of all he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.
Sara has been a member of marketing teams for over a decade, with expertise in digital marketing, branding, client service, event planning and lead generation. Her ability to build strong connections with clients and in the community is fundamental to Montlake Partners’ success. Sara oversees business operations, client development and marketing.
A Seattle native, Sara was raised on Mercer Island. She attended the University of Arizona where she graduated with honors receiving a B.A. in Communications and Political Science. After college, Sara returned to Seattle where she now lives with her husband, Ryan, and two daughters. Sara is active in organizations serving the commercial real estate industry. Outside of work, she volunteers in her community, coaches youth sports, and enjoys spending free time reading and exploring new places.
