Ryan Kadletz has more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate throughout the Puget Sound Region, providing strategic tenant representation and advisory services for businesses across a wide range of industries. He specializes in structuring and negotiating complex lease and purchase transactions, guiding clients through acquisitions, dispositions, renewals, and relocations for office, industrial, and warehouse properties.
A Seattle native who grew up in Southern California, Ryan returned to the Northwest in 1993 to attend the University of Washington, where he walked on the nationally ranked Husky football team and earned a scholarship. That experience instilled discipline, teamwork, and drive—qualities he brings to his real estate practice today.
Ryan is deeply involved in the Seattle community, having coached Little League softball in Magnolia and football at Seattle Prep High School. He is passionate about organizations that support local youth and has served on the boards of YouthCare and Backpack Brigade.
Outside of real estate, Ryan enjoys reading, playing guitar, and traveling. Most importantly, he values time with his wife, two daughters, and their dog, Teddy.
